AIPLUS PP is a new flame-retardant masterbatch for polypropylene (PP), offering higher performance than conventional flame-retardant masterbatches within the same UL 94 V2 classification.<\/p>\n

The main application areas of AIPLUS PP include:<\/p>\n

  • Extrusion of pipes (smooth, corrugated, and sound-insulating) and profiles<\/li>\n

      The unique formulation of AIPLUS PP enables the production of polypropylene compounds with excellent flame-retardant performance.<\/p>\n

      AIPLUS PP complies with the major flame-retardancy standards, including UL 94 V-2<\/strong>, CEI 61-50-92 (EN 60335-1-2-31)<\/strong>, and the European Directives 2011\/65\/EU (RoHS)<\/strong>, 2002\/72\/EC<\/strong>, and 2000\/53\/EC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Based on a polyolefin matrix (homopolymer or copolymer), AIPLUS PP offers a wide range of physical, mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties.         AIPLUS PP can be processed using all standard equipment employed for polypropylene conversion, including dosing units, injection molding machines, extruders, and other conventional processing systems. Unlike many traditional flame retardants, it does not cause the processing difficulties or equipment corrosion commonly associated with conventional flame-retardant additives.<\/p>\n

        Supplied in granular form, AIPLUS PP is easy to handle and process, while its dust-free formulation helps maintain a cleaner working environment.<\/p>\n

        AIPLUS PP is non-hygroscopic and therefore does not require special drying before processing. It can be stored without specific precautions and is typically supplied in 25 kg bags<\/strong> or, upon request, in Big Bags<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
